2. Placing an Order

2.1 By placing an order through the Site, you agree to these Terms. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product, and we reserve the right to accept or reject the order at any time.

2.2 After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order (“Confirmation Email”). You acknowledge that this email does not constitute our acceptance of your offer.

2.3 When placing an order, you will need to provide your name, email address, payment details, phone number, and delivery address. You may also be asked to create an account. This information is required to process your order and contact you if needed.

2.4 All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses or fails to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

2.5 Once an order is placed, we cannot amend delivery addresses or order details. Discounts or promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.

2.6 Unless you notify us otherwise, we may share your contact phone number with our third-party carrier to help arrange delivery.

2.7 Completion of the contract between us only exists when (i) we debit your credit or debit card; or (ii) dispatch your products to you (whichever is the later). We will then send an email confirming that the contract has been concluded (“Dispatch Email”). The contract will only relate to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Email.

2.8 Please note that we may not be able to accept your order as a result of the following reasons:

(i) If the product you have ordered is out of stock or if there has been a product description or a pricing error;

(ii) If you are not permitted to purchase the product as outlined in these terms and conditions or as otherwise stated on the Site;

or

(iii) If we are unable to authorise your payment.

2.9 If there is an issue with your order one of our team will contact you either by phone or email. If we leave a message and you fail to respond to us within 48 hours we will cancel the order.

3. Payments

3.1 Payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card that we accept. The billing address you provide must match the address registered to your card. To protect against unauthorised card use, we may verify your name, address, and other details with trusted third-party databases. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to these checks.

3.2 We take reasonable steps to keep your order and payment details secure. However, except where we are negligent, we cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to information you provide while using our website. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

4.1 We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, imagery, and information are accurate and reflect the items available. Minor differences may occur, as measurements are approximate and colours can appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

4.2 All items are subject to availability. If a product you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you via email (or another appropriate method) to let you know. You’ll then have the option to wait for the item to become available or cancel your order for a full refund.

4.3 We aim to keep all product details, prices, and descriptions on our website as current and correct as possible. Occasionally, information may be updated or contain minor inaccuracies. Product availability may also change without notice, and stock levels displayed on the site may not always reflect real-time quantities.

4.4 The prices listed on this website apply solely to purchases made directly through our online store. Prices may vary across other authorised retailers or stockists.

4.5 All products sold through our website are intended for personal use only and must not be resold or distributed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or restrict access if we suspect items are being purchased in breach of this condition.

5. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your products. If you choose to cancel, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on how to arrange a return and receive a refund.

6. Delivery

6.1 If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us and we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

6.2 Delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We’ll notify you by email if any items in your order are

delayed or unavailable. For more information on how we process and store your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Our working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays. During busy seasons - such as Christmas, promotional periods, or in cases of severe weather - please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

6.4 If a specific delivery date has been agreed and we’re unable to meet it, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You’ll then have the choice to accept a new delivery date or cancel your order for a full refund.

6.5 Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot accept liability for any loss, cost, or damage arising from delays outside our control. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, and you are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery or that suitable arrangements are made.

6.6 Ownership of the products transfers to you once delivery is completed (including where items are left in a designated safe place). At that point, all risk of loss or damage passes to you. Please see our Delivery Policy for further details.

6.7 For international orders, additional import duties or taxes may apply once your order reaches its destination. These fees are the customer’s responsibility, as we have no control over or visibility of local customs charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance before placing an order.

6.8 When purchasing from outside the UK, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and import regulations. International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities, and packaging may show signs of tampering.

7. Acccount

7.1 In order to purchase products on this Site and to use certain other parts of our system, you may be required to create an account (“Account”) which will contain certain personal details and payment information which may vary based upon your use of the Site.

By continuing to use this Site you represent and warrant that:

(ii) you have permission to submit payment information where permission may be required; and

Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.

7.2 It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.

7.3 If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another person without your consent, you should contact us immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are dispatched.
