1. Introduction

1.1 These Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may subscribe to and use the subscription services offered on this website (the “Site”). References in these Terms to the Site include www.eudaehealth.com and all related web pages.

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a subscription or using the Site. By subscribing or indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not subscribe or use the subscription service.

1.4 The subscription service and this Site are operated by Eudae Limited. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms include Eudae Limited and, where applicable, its subsidiaries. Eudae Limited is registered in England with company registration number 15684042 and has its registered office at Eton House, Eton Hill Road, Manchester M26 2ZT, United Kingdom.

2. How Subscriptions Work

2.1 You can subscribe to any individual product or combination of products for regular delivery. On each product page, select the subscription option and choose your preferred delivery frequency.

2.2 When you subscribe, you will create a Subscription Account, which allows you to manage all aspects of your subscription. Any changes to your subscription, including product selections or delivery details, should be made through the “My Account” area on the Site. Please ensure that all information is current and accurate. If you update your address, make sure to do so in your account to prevent deliveries from being sent to the wrong location.

2.3 Once you sign up for a subscription, your first order will be dispatched within 48 hours. All future deliveries will follow the schedule you selected (for example, every 4 or 12 weeks) based on the date of your initial order (“Recurring Order Date”). We will aim to dispatch each subsequent order on or as close as possible to this date.

2.4 You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the scheduled dispatch date.

2.5 We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee requests that are made at least 2 working days before the dispatch date.

2.6 If you need to change, pause, or cancel your subscription after the dispatch date, please contact us at

2.7 For ongoing subscriptions, your card will be charged at checkout for the first delivery only. Subsequent deliveries will be billed automatically in line with your chosen recurring order schedule, typically up to 48 hours before each dispatch.
