Our Founder's Story

I’m Charlotte, and I created eudae out of a deep passion for women’s health and well-being. After being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in 2019, I experienced first hand how imbalances in the body can impact every aspect of life, from energy and mood to overall vitality. Navigating my own healing process led me to explore holistic approaches that support the body naturally, rather than just masking symptoms.

Through years of research, trial, and personal experience, I discovered the power of nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle shifts in restoring balance. I believe true wellness comes from nurturing the body as a whole, supporting our hormones, metabolism, and mind with natural, nourishing ingredients - eudae was born from this belief, and after over a year of development, it’s finally ready to share with the world.

My mission is to create science-backed, high-quality formulas that support women’s well-being at every stage of life. We use only the finest ingredients at eudae, expertly selected and professionally formulated for real results.

When eudae was founded and we began to create our Enhance Elixir, we combined data, tradition, and lived experience, working closely with a team of functional health experts and nutritionists to carefully select ingredients that nourish the body, restore balance, and support true hormonal harmony.
