If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help arrange a refund.

To be eligible, items should be returned unused, sealed, and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and processed.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at hello@eudaehealth.com as soon as possible.

Include:

• Your order number
• The product received
• A brief description of the issue
• Whether you would prefer a refund or replacement

We’ll resolve this quickly and provide return instructions if needed.
