Berry Oats Elixir Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop eudae Enhance Elixir
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • Optional: cinnamon, berries, honey

Instructions:

Combine ingredients and leave overnight, or heat gently for a quick porridge.
