Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop eudae Enhance Elixir
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- Optional: cinnamon, berries, honey
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and leave overnight, or heat gently for a quick porridge.
