Why it works:
The berry undertones blend beautifully with coconut and warming spices.
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 scoop eudae Enhance Elixir
- 1 handful chopped coriander
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger. Add spices and chickpeas.
- Stir in coconut milk and simmer 10–15 mins.
- Turn off heat and stir in eudae + lime juice.
- Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
